Key Responsibilities
This is a strategic position for growing net new business and new business pipeline and as Key Account Manager leading Sales & Client Relationship Management, grow new relationships to harness the upcoming trends in engineering services industry.
The role holder must have deep understanding of market & competition of Middle East markets in Engineering Services industry to develop appropriate winning sales strategies and apply the sales and solution expertise.
Job Location : Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Delhi, Kolkata, Vadodara, Chennai, Jamshedpur
Job Description:
- Market Research – Lead Generation & Management
- Evaluation of Country specific Business opportunities, Identifying Local Associates.
- Proposal review and Coordination
- Coordination between BUs, Associate and Client for Proposal / EOI preparation and Submission
- Country and Project Risk Assessment
- Formation of NDAs. / Cooperation Agreement
- Consortium & Partnership Formation for Bidding
- Leading the Proposal Submission
- Create Strong Pipelines to meet targets
- Price Negotiation & Contract Negotiation
- Internal Execution Agreements with Associates
- Presentations to Client & Partner. Advocacy with Lenders, Minister, and Institutions
- Create reports for upper management
- Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
- Travelling frequently in the territory for meetings and customer engagements
