We're looking for architects who are excited to step beyond drawings and blueprints and become customer champions. This role combines architecture, sales, entrepreneurship, and technology, a unique opportunity to shape the future of real estate.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Champion (Architects in Sales) based in Mumbai, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Customer Champion will be responsible for liaising with clients, understanding their home-buying needs, and delivering tailored architectural and sales solutions.
What You'll Do
- Act as the Customer Champion: deeply understand client requirements and translate them into real, physical spaces and property options.
- Engage with clients:
understanding their home-buying needs, and delivering tailored architectural and sales solutions,
set up meetings, coordinate calls, schedule site visits, and ensure they always feel supported throughout their journey.
- Data-first thinking: track sales funnel performance, analyze what's working, and constantly improve the process.
- Experiment with AI tools to enhance customer experience and sales efficiency.
- Collaborate with the founder and leadership team to craft new strategies for growth and customer delight.
- Be the bridge between client dreams and business strategy, combining empathy with execution.
Who You Are
- An architect(B.Arch / M.Arch) with a minimum experience of 2 years, excited to explore the world of sales, entrepreneurship, and customer success.
- High-energy, curious, and optimistic, with a willingness to experiment and adapt in a startup environment.
- A great communicator who builds trust and empathy with clients easily.
- Data-driven and detail-oriented — you enjoy analyzing numbers and using insights to drive smarter decisions.
- Above all, you're someone who wants to be part of a movement that redefines how homes are bought in India.
