**Delivery Champion Roles and Responsibilities**
- Receive delivery assignments and review order details, including addresses, items, and special instructions.
- Prepare the scooter for deliveries, ensuring it is in good working condition and fully equipped with necessary safety gear.
- Safely operate the scooter to navigate through traffic, following all traffic laws and regulations.
- Greet customers professionally and deliver orders to their doorstep or designated location.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries from customers in a polite and helpful manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized scooter, reporting any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate channels.
- Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and delivery protocols at all times.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries, including order details, customer feedback, and any incidents that may occur.
- Collaborate with dispatchers or support teams to resolve any delivery-related issues promptly.
- Promote a positive image of the company by maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Delivery driver: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

- LMV Licence (required)
