Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Project Manager role based in Navi Mumbai. The Senior Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project lifecycles, monitoring logistics, and resolving issues to maintain steady workflow and quality standards. The position requires proactive problem-solving, resource management, and systematic progress reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Project Management, covering planning, execution, and lifecycle coordination
  • Experience in Expediting, including task prioritization and timely delivery of critical project components
  • Proficiency in Inspection processes to ensure quality standards are achieved throughout project implementation
  • Strong understanding of Logistics Management strategies to balance resources, timelines, and client needs
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams effectively
  • Ability to solve complex challenges and ensure alignment with project goals
  • Relevant certifications in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP) are advantageous
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a technical or software-based industry
