Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Engineer located in Navi Mumbai. The Senior Project Engineer will oversee and manage project planning, design, and construction activities to ensure alignment with company standards and client expectations. Responsibilities include monitoring project schedules, budgets, and resources, coordinating with stakeholders, and addressing any challenges to maintain progress. The role also involves supervising project teams, ensuring safety and compliance protocols are followed, and implementing Lean management practices to optimize efficiency. The Senior Project Engineer will also contribute to fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment while providing solutions to complex technical and operational challenges.

Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Proficiency in engineering design and construction methodologies
  • Technical expertise in overseeing safety, compliance, and risk management protocols
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience in Lean management and efficiency-driven project delivery
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with diverse stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Professional engineering certifications or licensure are preferred
  • Previous experience in similar roles within the construction industry is highly desirable
