Role Description

The Senior Engineer will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of assigned projects, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with teams, maintaining project schedules, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with design and construction specifications. The role also involves problem-solving to address on-site challenges. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical knowledge in construction, project management, and structural engineering.
  • Proficiency in design tools, engineering software, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.
  • Experience in large-scale project execution, including Greenfield and Brownfield projects.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and team management skills.
  • Understanding of safety standards, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance in construction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's degree, PMP, or equivalent certifications are advantageous).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive approach with problem-solving abilities to handle on-site challenges effectively.
