Job Summary

The Senior Structural Engineer is responsible for leading the design, analysis, and delivery of structural engineering solutions for a range of projects. This role ensures that all structural designs meet safety, quality, cost, and regulatory requirements while supporting the company's strategic and operational objectives. The position works closely with the COO, project teams, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee structural design and analysis for projects from concept through completion.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Review and approve structural calculations, drawings, and technical documents.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines.
  • Identify and resolve complex structural engineering challenges.
  • Support project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and technical assessments as required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes and standards.
  • Report progress, risks, and technical issues to the COO.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹66, ₹125,000.00 per month
