Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of high-impact projects, drive execution excellence, and enhance governance across key business initiatives. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities 

1. Project Planning & Execution

  • Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
  • Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

2. Governance, Risk Management & Compliance

  • Implement best practices in project governance, risk assessment, and compliance.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
  • Establish reporting frameworks to provide clear visibility to senior leadership.

3. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and leadership.
  • Ensure seamless communication between engineering, finance, operations, and senior management.
  • Drive alignment between project objectives and organizational goals.

4. Process Optimization & Execution Excellence

  • Continuously refine project management methodologies to improve efficiency.
  • Leverage data analytics and KPIs to track performance and optimize outcomes.

5. Leadership & Team Development

  • Mentor and develop junior team members and cross-functional teams.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that project teams are aligned, motivated, and working efficiently.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in project management, business operations, or strategy execution.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Expertise in project governance, risk management, and execution frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, growth-driven environments.
