We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to join our Technology department. The ideal candidate will bring at least 12 years of experience in project management within the technology and government projects. This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement project management methodologies and best practices
• Oversee and coordinate multiple projects at once, ensuring smooth execution
• Track project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing timely project updates
• Identify potential risks and proactively address them to ensure project success
• Manage project budgets and allocate resources efficiently
• Lead, inspire, and guide project teams toward achieving project objectives
• Offer mentorship and support to project managers and team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals
• Assess project outcomes and make necessary improvements for future projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in project management within the technology industry
• PMP certification is preferred
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex projects
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with project management tools and software
