Role and Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing multiple IT software projects. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in project management and software development. Key responsibilities include:
  • Proven experience in project management and software development.
  • Good in efforts estimation, familiar with standard estimation techniques.
  • Developing detailed work breakdown schedules, project estimates, and resource plans that support scope.
  • Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Developing comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and staff members.
  • Planning, documenting, and executing all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Managing changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Monitoring and controlling overall project performance.
  • Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to deadlines.
  • Developing project status reports and tracking progress.
  • Generating weekly status reports for senior management.
  • Conducting and facilitating effective project meetings.
  • Managing the relationship with clients and stakeholders.
  • Performing risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Implementing required processes during each stage of the project.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in managing multiple IT software projects.
  • B.E. in IT / Computer, MCA.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have a total of 3+ to 10+ years of experience in an IT service-based company and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in managing multiple IT software projects. The candidate should hold a B.E. in IT/Computer or MCA degree.
Required Skills:
- Proven project management experience. - Software development expertise. - Strong Microsoft Project skills.
