Position : Sr. Process Associate/ Process Associate

Experience : 5 months - 4 years

Interact by phone/email with outside parties to solicit deals for US Business Finance, make appointments, collect information/documentation and conduct follow-up.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

· Reaching out to new sales leads over phone/email

· Coordinating and following up with existing clients regarding deal queries and general relationship building

· Updating client interaction data into system/sheet

· Act as a single point of contact for clients for a loan through its document collection stage

· Reviewing borrower documents and uploading online

· Collect and review loan documents to ensure completeness and accuracy

Education and Experience

· Proficient in relevant computer applications and call center systems

· Knowledge of sales principles and methods

· Proven track record in sales

· Required language skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
