Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Executive- (AP / AR) located in Bengaluru. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), including processing invoices, handling collections, monitoring outstanding balances, reconciling financial statements, and generating financial reports. This role also involves maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, interacting with vendors and clients, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable management
  • Proficiency in financial software and accounting systems (SAP) must
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • SAP experience must have
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the FMCG, Health or Wellness industry is a plus
