Inside Sales Associate

Showroom Operations
- Oversee daily operations of the showroom to ensure smooth functioning.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, product display, and overall visual presentation.
- Ensure all products are correctly priced, labeled, and adequately stocked.
- Implement company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Sales & Customer Service
- Drive showroom sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and after-sales support.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance experience.
Team Management
- Lead, train, and supervise showroom staff including sales executives and customer service team.
- Prepare and manage work schedules, task assignments, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
- Motivate staff to maintain a high level of service and achieve performance goals.
Inventory & Stock Control
- Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams for timely stock replenishment.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct stock checks, and ensure loss prevention.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movement within the showroom.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.
- Track performance metrics, customer footfall, and conversion rates.
- Oversee billing, cash handling, and ensure adherence to financial procedures.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional activities or events.
Marketing & Merchandising
- Implement merchandising strategies to increase product visibility.
- Support marketing campaigns, seasonal sales, displays, and product launches.
- Ensure branding guidelines are followed at all times.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
