Inside Sales Lead/ Manager
We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Lead / Manager with 7 –12 years of proven success in enterprise application sales for the US market. This role is critical in strengthening our sales pipeline for digital engineering, enterprise solutions, and technology services. The ideal candidate brings strong outbound prospecting skills, a structured sales approach, and the ability to engage with decision-makers across mid-market and enterprise clients.
Key duties/ responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential customers in the US market through structured outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, and targeted campaigns).
- Build and manage a predictable sales pipeline aligned with Gadgeon's enterprise and digital engineering offerings.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs, pain points, and solution fit.
- Present Gadgeon's capabilities clearly and position our enterprise solutions to technical and business stakeholders.
- Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to prepare proposals, pitch decks, and solution briefs.
- Maintain accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and conversions using CRM tools.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and lead quality.
- Nurture long-term relationships with prospects to support repeat business and larger opportunities.
- Achieve quarterly targets for qualified pipeline creation and revenue contribution.
- Stay informed about market trends, customer buying patterns, and competitor offerings relevant to enterprise applications.
Skills Required:
- 5–10 years of inside sales experience in enterprise application or technology services focused on the US market.
- Strong outbound sales capability with a history of generating qualified enterprise-level opportunities.
- Understanding of SaaS, enterprise platforms, digital engineering, and IT services.
- Experience with platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, solution-selling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- Ability to run targeted outbound campaigns and manage full inside-sales cycles independently.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and refine strategies.
- Self-driven, target-focused, and comfortable working with cross-functional global teams.
