Role Description

Legal Executive / Junior In-House Counsel
- Location:

Bengaluru (On-Site)
- Work Schedule:

6 Days a Week
- Compensation:

₹3,60,000 Per Annum
- Experience Required:

Minimum 1 year of in-house corporate legal experience

Key Responsibilities

Contract Management

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, NDAs, and internal legal documents.
  • Evaluating and reviewing all company documents prior to signing.

Litigation & Legal Coordination

  • Assisting with company litigation matters.
  • Coordinating with external counsel and preparing relevant documentation.
  • Handling company-related legal and police matters as required.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Conducting detailed document reviews to ensure compliance and internal consistency.
  • Assisting in formulating and implementing new policies related to legal compliance and governance that support business growth.

Liaison with Government Departments

  • Representing the company with Government departments and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensuring timely communication, filings, and compliance.

Legal Research

  • Performing relevant legal research and providing actionable insights and support to internal teams.

Qualifications & Skills

  • L.L.B. (Bachelor's degree in Law) is mandatory.
  • Minimum
    1 year of in-house legal experience

preferred.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Solid understanding of litigation processes.
- Proficiency in contract drafting and legal document review.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a demanding on-site environment.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
