Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Executive at Oraiyan Groups, located in Bengaluru. The Legal Executive will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and verifying legal documents, providing legal advice to internal teams, ensuring compliance with property and conveyancing laws, and managing any legal aspects related to real estate transactions. The role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure smooth legal operations and adherence to regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Law, with a deep understanding of legal frameworks and practices.
  • Experience in Legal Document Preparation and providing Legal Advice.
  • Knowledge of Property Law and familiarity with Conveyancing processes.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple legal tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Kannada- Ability to read, write, and speak Kannada fluently is essential.
  • Drafting and Reviewing Contracts
    –
    Prepare, review, and negotiate agreements such as NDAs, vendor contracts, lease deeds, and MoUs.
  • Previous experience in real estate law or a related field is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
