Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing all social media accounts, developing and implementing content strategies, and creating engaging content aligned with the brand's vision.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and growing Lawful Legal's presence across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).


• Creating reels (mandatory) related to law — informative, trending, and engaging.


• Writing scripts for reels, campaigns, and short-form content.


• Posting regularly on social media platforms and WhatsApp groups.


• Monitoring and analyzing social media performance and engagement metrics.


• Collaborating with team members to design and execute marketing campaigns.


• Ensuring brand consistency across all digital platforms.


• Staying up to date with current trends, hashtags, and social media best practices.


• Responding to comments, DMs, and audience engagement in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Social Media Optimization (SMO).


• Excellent communication and script/content writing skills in both Hindi and English.


• 1–2 years of prior experience in reel creation and content management.


• Experience in developing and implementing content strategies.


• Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics and performance.


• Proficiency in Canva and other social media management tools.


• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and storytelling abilities.


• Ability to work independently and remotely.


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Law, or a related field preferred.


• Knowledge of law is an added advantage (not mandatory).
