Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Legal professional based in Bengaluru. The Lead Legal role involves providing legal consulting, preparing legal documents, handling legal issues, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Daily tasks include advising the company on legal matters, drafting and reviewing contracts, mitigating legal risks, and collaborating with various departments to ensure legal alignment with company objectives.

Requirements:

  • LLB from a reputed university
  • 8+ years' experience in corporate/investment banking law
  • Strong expertise in M&A, JVs & commercial contracts
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation & communication skills
