Need Outbound Telesales for US based International Process:-

Location-Gurugram

Salary- Upto 42k Huge Incetives

Experience-Minimum 1 Year of Exp

Key Responsibilities Call Handling and Sales:


• Manage calls transferred by the Telemarketing (TM) team.


• Qualify and engage clients to promote and sell services (Hardcore Sales).


• Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including managing agreement signings.


• Conduct outbound telemarketing calls using both dialer and manual methods.

Sales Process Adherence:


• Follow pre-arranged scripting while adhering to filters and criteria.


• Implement the sales process meticulously to achieve high conversion rates.

Client Interaction and Follow-Up:


• Build and nurture strong client relationships.


• Deliver exceptional customer service and provide necessary follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.

Performance and Reporting:


• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.


• Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities and outcomes.

Qualifications Education:


• Minimum 12th pass (high school diploma or equivalent).

Experience:


• At least 1 years of outbound sales experience in the US market.


• Proven track record in US calling or client handling.

Age Limit:


• Up to 35 years.

Skills and Competencies


• Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.


• Sales Acumen: Exceptional sales and negotiation abilities.


• Adaptability: Proficient in working with pre-arranged scripts and modifying them as needed.


• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with dialer systems and manual calling processes.
