Sr. Mechatronics Engineer

The ideal candidate is a senior mechatronics professional with a PhD (5+ yrs post-PhD) or M.Tech (10–15 yrs) in Mechatronics, Robotics, or Electrical Engineering. They bring strong experience in embedded systems, control algorithms, and system integration, with proven success in taking products from R&D → prototyping → validation → production → launch. Skilled in C/C++ programming, RTOS, motor control, sensors/actuators, and communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN), they can architect complete electromechanical systems. Exposure to robotics, EVs, drones, automation, or hardware startups is highly valued. Beyond technical depth, they are capable of driving projects end-to-end, mentoring teams, and building robust mechatronics functions to deliver reliable and innovative products.

Job Location: Bengaluru (on-site)
