We are looking for a motivated, fresh Mechatronics engineer with having good knowledge on the solidworks, analytical mind set, sounds good knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Designation: Graduate Engineer Trainee

Reporting to: Lead Engineer Location: Bangalore, Full Time

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech/ M.E./M.Tech. in Mechatronics Engineering

Experience: Fresh graduates from the 2024 or 2025 batch only, without backlogs, with a first division.

Key Responsibilities / Functions

  • Willing to learn new skills
  • Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical Engineering subjects
  • On-time project delivery while upholding the utmost technical and quality standards
  • Technical deliverables including design data, calculations, drawings, test reports etc.
  • Need to coordinate and execute tasks in a global environment.

  • Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills
  • Strong desire in learning new technologies and methodologies
  • Good business communication (written/verbal)
  • Curious nature & Self-starter who can work under minimal guidance/ supervision
  • Flexible in adapting quickly to changing business needs, tasks, and project priorities
  • Ability & willingness to travel locally, nationally, or internationally when required

Required Qualifications: (Technical Skills/Knowledge)

  • Good understanding of fundamentals of Mechatronics Engineering (Engineering Drawing, Mechanics/Strength of Materials, Manufacturing Process, Machine Design, etc.)
  • Projects involving 3D Modelling and the Generation of Drawings will be an added advantage
  • Exposure to Pressure Vessel Design, Strength of Materials will be valued
  • Exposure to CAD software like SolidWorks will be an advantage
  • Exposure to manufacturing environment is an advantage
  • Ability to execute & deliver given tasks within agreed time and with quality
  • Good English communication skill, both written & verbal
  • Basic knowledge of using Microsoft Office tools namely Excel, Word & PowerPoint
