Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Mechanical & Mechatronics Projects Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for overseeing the installation and commissioning of heavy-duty machinery, mechanical and mechatronics automation equipments, robot systems, automated welding systems, plant-relocation, to name a few of the functions. You will help in user training and supporting customers in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, study existing mechanical systems and analyse scope for improvement, and help customers in ensuring optimal performance of automotive and mechanical components, plant equipment preventive & break-down maintenance. The engineer will work closely with a team of professionals and technicians to ensure machineries operate efficiently and meets industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Mechanical / Mechatronics hardcore engineering
• Skills in maintenance, installation, commissioning and inspection of heavy-duty machinery and systems
• Knowledge of Automation systems and components
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is also useful

Position & Emoluments

• This is an above start level engineer position. This is not a senior management role
• Candidates with experience of 1 to 7 years are requested to apply
• Candidates must be willing to travel within India to various work sites
• Candidates are required to note that this is not a desk-bound job but that this essentially ONSITE / ON WORKSITE job role
• The offered gross emoluments will vary between ₹35,000/month to ₹60,000/month depending upon education, experience and their capabilities as noted during the personal interviews
• Freshers may apply mentioning as application for Fresher Project Engineer Trainee. Selected candidates will receive a honorarium of ₹7500/month as Trainee for a period and those who are further shortlisted, can be absorbed into the regular roles with regular salary as 'Probationary Engineer'.
