Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Mechanical Engineer specializing in CAD to join our team in Bengaluru. This is an on-site role that involves developing and optimizing mechanical designs, creating detailed CAD models, and collaborating with the R&D team on engineering solutions. Responsibilities include managing mechanical design projects, conducting research to enhance product design, and ensuring that designs meet industry standards and project specifications. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to implement innovative ideas into practical outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering concepts and principles
  • Experience with Machine Design and the ability to create functional mechanical components
  • Strong skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD), including the use of tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software
  • Project Management expertise and the ability to handle multiple projects effectively
  • Experience in Research and Development (R&D) to support innovation and product improvement
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate as part of a team and communicate technical details effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required
  • Familiarity with the use of modern web technologies for CAD automation is a plus
