Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Pune. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and coordinating with the sales team. This role also involves overseeing advertising, promotional campaigns, and working closely with external partners such as agencies and vendors. The Marketing Manager will be expected to manage a marketing budget, monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications, and ensure that all marketing activities are in line with the company's brand and message.

Qualifications

  • Marketing Strategy, Market Analysis, and Customer Segmentation skills
  • Experience with Campaign Management, Marketing Communications, and Digital Marketing
  • Knowledge of Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and SEO/SEM
  • Budget Management, Analytical Skills, and Reporting skills
  • Strong Leadership and Project Management capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in a marketing role within a related industry is a plus
