Store Manager – Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and oversee day-to-day store operations.

· Receives and inspects all incoming materials to ensure accuracy with purchase orders; processes and distributes related documentation; identifies, documents, and reports any damage or discrepancies found during inspection.

· Prepare Goods Receipt note.

· Commendable knowledge in SAP application Tool

· Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and coordinate with the supply chain team.

· Ensure proper implementation of store policies, safety, and compliance guidelines.

· Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports.

· Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.

· Packing and dispatching of material.

· Issuing Materials to production / assembly.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Problem-solving and decision-making ability.

· Good organizational and time management skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office and store management software (e.g., SAP/ERP if applicable).

Qualifications & Experience:

· Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or bachelor's degree in business administration.

· Proven Experience of Minimum 3 years as Stores manager from manufacturing (Engineering industry. – Preferably from OEM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
