Role Overview

Shri Lakshmi Steel Suppliers is one of the largest stockist and manufacturers of steel in South India. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our Dabaspet facility. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in warehouse operations, dispatch, and manpower management, along with strong leadership skills to drive efficiency, compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee dispatch, stores, and labour management activities with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

  • Ensure stock monitoring and reconciliation between physical and system records on a regular basis.

  • Plan and manage dispatch schedules, ensuring strict adherence to SOPs and operational excellence.

  • Optimize manpower utilization and implement effective resource allocation practices.

  • Ensure compliance with GST regulations; working knowledge of SAP will be a strong advantage.

  • Build and maintain strong liaison with statutory and government bodies to ensure seamless operations.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, safety, and productivity.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in warehouse operations, with a strong track record of leadership.

  • B.E. Mechanical graduates will be preferred.

  • Strong people management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Age: 35 45 years.

  • Male candidates only.
