Brief about the Team
The candidate will be managing aspects of output in the areas. The team works closely with the org-wide leadership team, business, product, growth, and category teams to drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives. The team works on special projects and innovations that aim to deliver high impact.
What will you do?
Manage day-to-day last-mile operations across delivery hubs and stores within the cluster.
Ensure adherence to defined SLAs for on-time delivery (OTD), reattempts, and order accuracy.
Plan and deploy rider bandwidth based on forecasted volumes and peak requirements.
Monitor and control delivery cost per order through optimal routing and productivity management.
Ensure 100% compliance in COD collection, reconciliation, and deposit timelines.
Lead and develop city managers, hub supervisors, and on-ground delivery teams.
Drive performance reviews and implement corrective action plans to achieve operational KPIs.
Drive on-ground discipline and process adherence across all delivery touchpoints.
Collaborate with planning, finance, and tech teams for process improvements and service enhancement.
Maintain compliance with all operational, safety, and quality standards defined for e-pharmacy deliveries.
What we are looking for
10 years in last-mile delivery operations (e-commerce, e-pharmacy, quick commerce, or logistics).
Proven experience managing multi-city or multi-state last-mile networks.
Strong People and Stakeholder Management
Proficiency in Excel, Dashboards and route optimisation Tools.
Analytical and problem-solving orientation
Team Leadership and execution discipline.
Knowledge of Local Language Preferred.
