Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and review detailed designs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and create cost estimates for MEP systems.
  • Oversee and coordinate the installation of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring timely project execution.
  • Perform quality control and quality assurance (QA/QC) to ensure all MEP systems meet or exceed project requirements.
  • Conduct regular safety checks and implement preventive measures to reduce the risk of accidents.
  • Troubleshoot issues with HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems and recommend solutions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Maintain accurate records of designs, changes, and maintenance activities.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Expertise in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems design and installation.
  • Knowledge of building information modeling (BIM) tools, AutoCAD, and Revit MEP.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
