Roles & Responsibilities:
New office setup / relocation of existing offices:
- Identification of New property basis process defined.
- Timely setup and ensure adherence as per business plan
- Ensure smooth relocations of branches with minimal business impact.
Lease & Occupancy Management:
- Monthly validation of rentals and timely closure of commercial (at least 2 months before renewal)
- Ensure lease sign-off, registration and timely response of all LL queries
- Quarterly mapping and updating occupancy
- Timely allocation of space to other channels
Facility hygiene and upkeep:
- Yearly audit all the office facilities, at least once a year
- Proactive monitoring / audit and timely resolution
- Publish MOM and audit report till closure
- Facility compliance to be also maintain in coordination with Ho & Landlords
Implementation of EHS:
- Ensure awareness program designed are implemented at ground level
- Conduct fire drill at facilities in collaboration with HO EHS, trainers and local management
Facility Relationship Management:
- Be the face of Facilities in Field with one-on-one meetings calendarized with all RMs and ZVP & Functional Supervisor
- Be solely responsible for Field VOC program
Primary Interactions: -
1) External Vendors, landlords & property consultants Nature of interaction includes- Property selection and renewal negotiations, vendor & contractor interaction on contracts renewal and service level actions. Coordination with HK & security Staff.
2) Internal Channel Heads, Finance, Procurement, Legal & compliance, ZVPs, RMs, ZOs , Office Head, Cluster Manager in Operations.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/ Post-Graduate in Management - Preferred technical experience
- 5+ years experience in Facility/ Admin Role
- Experience of managing Facility preferably in banking, telecom or MNC service companies.
- Languages - Hindi & English
