Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Category Manager located in Bengaluru South at KPN Fresh. The Assistant Category Manager will be responsible for overseeing product categories, managing inventory, analyzing market trends, and ensuring product availability. They will collaborate with vendors, develop pricing strategies, track sales performance, and coordinate with various teams to optimize category performance.
Qualifications
- Experience in inventory management and supply chain logistics
- Market analysis, trend analysis, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management abilities
- Proficiency in category planning, product assortment, and pricing strategies
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of retail operations and merchandising
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
