About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, detail-driven, and highly organized Admin Coordinator to streamline daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, solution-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office functioning.
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure timely documentation using digital tools.
- Provide administrative support to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Manage calendars, arrange meetings, handle calls, emails, and internal communication.
- Track office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and manage procurement.
- Support in building SOPs, checklists, and admin workflows.
- Maintain databases, update trackers, and assist HR/Accounts teams.
- Plan travel, team meets, and event logistics.

Pay: ₹180, ₹216,000.00 per year
