CRM Manager – Shaurya Automobiles (Hero Associate Dealership), Greater Noida

We are looking for a CRM Manager to join our Hero Associate Dealership team in Greater Noida. This role is critical in managing customer relationships, ensuring smooth after-sales support, and driving customer retention and satisfaction.

Responsibilities


•Handle customer relationship management and ensure timely resolution of queries and concerns


•Oversee end-to-end CRM operations including follow-ups, service reminders, and customer engagement campaigns


•Work closely with the sales and service teams to enhance customer experience


•Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and feedback for continuous improvement


•Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements


•Proven experience in CRM within the automobile industry (mandatory)


•Strong communication and customer handling skills


•Ability to manage a team and coordinate across departments


•Proficiency in CRM software and reporting tools


•Graduate degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory)

Compensation


•Salary: ₹
40,000 – ₹50,000
per month (negotiable for the right candidate)
