Job Summary:

We are hiring an enthusiastic and skilled HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment activities. You will be responsible for identifying talent, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels
  • Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate records and update recruitment reports
  • Support onboarding and documentation processes
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Good understanding of hiring processes and sourcing techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines

Preferred:

  • Experience in [industry, e.g., IT, BPO, healthcare] recruitment
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
