**About the Role**:
Are you passionate about recruitment and eager to kick-start your HR career? We are looking for a **Recruitment Intern** to join our dynamic HR team. This is a hands-on role where you'll actively participate in the end-to-end hiring process for internal positions and client requirements.

**What You’ll Do**:
**Talent Sourcing & Screening**:

- Post job openings on **various job portals** (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Assist in **scheduling interviews** and coordinating with hiring managers.

**HR Operations & Support**:

- **Create job descriptions** and recruitment strategies.
- Support the HR team in various **HR functions** when required.
