Job Purpose

To Establish fully digitized Hunting & Farming Go To Market thru Inside Sales engine with end to end Lead to Purchase order capability & with an ambition of incremental business contribution.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Revenue Management:

  • Plan Budget, deliver Segment Revenue: End-2-End & BAU through Channels

Sales Planning & Execution:

  • Establish automated processes for lead to PO capability
  • Synchronization & Planning with Corporate Mktg. team for Campaigns on Relevant Web Media
  • Plan & execute Product Campaigns
  • SAC policy for Channel Partner
  • E2E Sales (Zero SAC)

People Matrix Management:

  • Build a Strong, Agile, Capable & Performing team for Hunting & Farming

Segment Revenue & contribution margin-

  • -150 Crs by FY 22

Opex saving of close to 8%

  • Proposition Mix RED Edge
  • Product Mix- 60% FLX+ IOT & 20% cloud

10K MM A/c
