We're looking for a visionary
Creative Head
to shape our brand communication strategy and lead a passionate team of designers, writers, and social media professionals. This role is all about blending creativity with strategy; building ideas that stand out in a competitive market while staying true to science, accuracy, and compliance.
What you'll do:
- Lead and mentor a team of creative minds (designers, writers, social media pros).
- Drive branding & creative strategies for 2-3 growing healthcare brands.
- Collaborate with marketing & sales teams to roll out impactful campaigns.
- Oversee all creative content - digital, print, video, and social media.
- Push boundaries with innovative design, storytelling, and engagement.
- Keep us ahead of industry trends and best practices.
- Manage budgets, agencies, freelancers, and resources effectively.
- Build brand identity solutions that spark response and drive growth.
What We're Looking for?
- 4-6 years of creative/branding experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and brand stories, preferably in pharma, healthcare, or wellness sectors.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- A mix of bold creativity + strategic thinking.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (DCGI/FDA/Pharma Marketing Code) will be an added advantage.
