Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Indore. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing relationships with distributors and clients, conducting market research, and analyzing sales data to inform strategies. Additional duties include leading and mentoring the sales team, ensuring sales targets are met, and coordinating with other departments to streamline operations.

  • Data analysis and report preparation skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Indore
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
