Job Description:
  1. Responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll Administration and Admin Activities.
  2. Maintained the General Ledger encompassing UP and Delhi region.
  3. Prepared internal and external financial and tax statements for review by corporate and external Audit Teams.
  4. Maintain and reconciliation of bank accounts.

Responsible to maintain reconciled statement and reminding letters for all accounts receivable

  • Preparation of statutory books of accounts and finalization of accounts in Tally ERP 9.
  • Responsible for Maintaining accounting data, Sales' bill, Cash book, Bank Book, Verifying Journal Exp, counter verifying suppliers' bills with purchase orders, verifying of Contractors' bill, Transporters' bill, Debit Note and Credit Note.
  • Customer follow up for payment
  • Analysis Aging wise of Creditors and release payment.
  • MIS Reporting to Head office.
  • Responsible for collection of Sales Tax, Forms 'C', '16', '11', 'F' and 'OC' stamp; maintaining records and timely collection from Sales Tax Department.
  • Reconciliation of Customer and vendor.

Preparing Sale Tax Assessment Case as per format of Trade Tax Department
