Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, and work-specific Administrative Officer to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth administrative workflows, assist different departments, maintain records, and handle various clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, such as organising files, maintaining supplies, and scheduling maintenance.
  • 50% Outdoor work, including visits to government offices, engineering sites, & bank visits, etc.
  • Handle outstation, engineers, courier desk, incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and direct them to the appropriate person.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Maintain databases, records, and filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, tickets, accommodation, and logistics.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Assist with finance tasks: invoicing, petty cash, expense reports, and purchase orders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • To be available for any other administrative tasks as required by management, Sunday working (sometimes).

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in an administrative role (1–3 years or more).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office tools.
  • Strong organisational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills (written and oral).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.

Working Conditions

  • Office environment; may require occasional overtime or weekend work (if needed & it will be reimbursed).
  • Interaction with various departments and external stakeholders (sometimes).

Reporting Line

Reports to: HR Manager/ Operations Manager / CEO of the company (depending on structure)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
