Territory Sales Manager- Autogas

Key Responsibilities:
Retail Network Expansion:
- Identify and secure strategic land parcels for setting up AutoGas & 3-Fuel Retail Outlets
- Conduct feasibility assessments including catchment analysis, traffic flow, and ROI projections
- Drive Dealer Development by identifying and onboarding investors/entrepreneurs to set up ALDS fuel stations under dealership model
Regulatory & Compliance Management:
- Liaise with local authorities, PESO, district administrations, and town planning departments for obtaining all statutory permissions & licenses
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and zoning regulations during site setup and operations
Project Coordination & Commissioning:
- Work closely with the projects team to ensure timely execution and commissioning of fuel stations
- Coordinate civil, mechanical, and branding work to meet quality and safety standards
Dealer Relationship Management:
- Manage dealer performance, sales targets, product availability, pricing and customer service
- Provide training and support to dealers on day-to-day operations, safety norms, and CRM tools
Sales Performance & Market Development:
- Monitor sales performance of operational fuel outlets (Auto-LPG, MS, HSD)
- Identify opportunities to increase footfall, build local partnerships (taxi fleets, auto unions, transporters), and promote brand awareness
