Discover more about our services at We seek a dynamic, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for clients, events participants, guests and other visitors at the Areness COE at Chanakyapuri, New Delhi.
Areness COE acts as a convention centre hosting clients as well as visitors from various corners across the globe for participation in trainings, professional networking events, cultural fests, educational and social get togethers, etc. This role goes beyond traditional front desk duties-it demands proactive management of front office operations, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to anticipate executive needs. You may scale to multiple roles internally in different teams depending on area of interest and internal requirements.
Role may involve being required to work in longer shifts and on off-days. Responsibilities
- First Impressions & Visitor Management:- Serve as the face of the company by welcoming and assisting visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Uphold the highest standards of organization, maintaining an immaculate and welcoming front office environment.
- Front Desk Operations:- Efficiently manage phone lines, emails, and general inquiries, ensuring a seamless communication experience.
- Coordinate outbound department mailings. - Handle sensitive information with discretion. - Culture Architect: Maintain a pristine, welcoming reception area that reflects our commitment to excellence.
- Executive Support:- Maintain digital/physical filing systems and databases.
- Actively support in event management activities.
- Administrative Support:- Coordinate with Facilities Management Teams and external vendors for administration of the office campus- Actively support Recruitment Team and Client Servicing teams for scheduling meetings/ appointments What are we looking for?
To qualify for the role, you must have:Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Proficiency in Front Desk Duties and guest management
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and EnglishAbility to multi-task and manage time efficiently
Previous experience in a front desk/ guest relations/ hospitality/ administrative role is beneficial
Professional demeanor and appearance
Zeal to learn and grow towards additional responsibilities towards overall organizational management
Basic knowledge of MS office
