We are looking for candidates for the following positions in the Delhi NCR - North Region

Location: Delhi NCR

Position: Sr Manager/Chief Manager/AVP role with relevant experience in Institutional Sales,

Role Description

This is a full-time position based in Delhi, India. The individual will be responsible for overseeing key functions and operations within the organization, including strategic planning, New Business Development, driving EB Sales , CXO-level Relationship management, and Institutional Business alliance in the designated territory by acquiring, managing group products, and managing existing employee benefits relationships

Experience Required;

  • Corporate business development, Experience in managing clients across segments of private entities/PSU/Banks/State government entities,
  • Good written/verbal communication skills,
  • The role involves travel to other locations
  • Domain knowledge & understanding of capital market products.
  • Customer Relationship Management and Service Delivery skills
  • Knowledge Capital Markets and Risk Management.
  • Experience in managing the CXO-level relationships in the above segments.
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- EB Sales (Group Business) Retirement Trust Funds & Group Term Life, Credit Life.

- Target Accumulation of Gratuity, Superannuation, and Leave encashment Fund corpus & GTL & Credit Life

- PSU and Private market mapping in designated territories;
