Job Brief

We're seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of human resources at Wnoss Cosmetics. The ideal candidate is a people-centric professional with proven experience in talent management, employee engagement, compliance, and building a strong organizational culture in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Management


• Drive end-to-end recruitment for all functions, ensuring quality hires within set timelines.


• Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract top talent in the beauty/skincare space.


• Implement effective onboarding programs for seamless new hire integration.

Employee Engagement & Development


• Design and roll out employee engagement initiatives to foster motivation and retention.


• Develop learning & development (L&D) frameworks to upskill employees across functions.


• Conduct regular performance reviews and support career development planning.

HR Operations & Compliance


• Oversee payroll, attendance, and employee records management.


• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.


• Draft, update, and implement HR policies in line with industry standards.

Culture & Strategy


• Work closely with leadership to drive organizational culture aligned with brand values.


• Create initiatives that build a performance-driven yet collaborative workplace.


• Act as a trusted advisor to management on people strategy, workforce planning, and organizational design.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience


• 6–8 years of HR management experience in beauty/skincare/FMCG/D2C/startup environment.


• Proven track record in managing recruitment, engagement, and HR operations.

Skills


• Strong people management and interpersonal skills.


• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.


• Ability to balance strategic HR leadership with hands-on execution.

Education


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


• MBA/PGDM in HR or advanced HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD, etc.) preferred.
