Guest Services Associate – Food & Beverage
 to join our small team and help create thoughtful dining experiences for our guests.

About the Role

This is a guest-facing role in a boutique hotel setting
—not a food production or food technology position. You will be an integral part of our service team, ensuring every meal is warm, attentive, and beautifully delivered. At Jalakara, the F&B experience is less about formality and more about 
careful hosting
, making guests feel at home while surrounded by the natural beauty of the Andamans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage with guests during meal times.
  • Present menus, explain daily specials, and guide guests through food & beverage options.
  • Assist in delivering meals smoothly between kitchen and table.
  • Maintain dining spaces with care and attention to detail.
  • Support in-room dining or private dining arrangements when required.
  • Uphold Jalakara's ethos of hospitality—personal, discreet, and genuine.

Who We're Looking For

  • Background in 
    hospitality or hotels
     (preferred: hotel school graduates or those with boutique/luxury resort experience).
  • Strong communication skills with a warm, guest-first approach.
  • Flexibility to work in a boutique hotel environment where teamwork is essential.
  • Passion for food, service, and creating meaningful guest interactions.

This is a hospitality role in a boutique hotel
