About the Role
As a Sales & Support Representative, you'll be the friendly face and voice of Cover Club. You'll guide Australians through the often-confusing world of home insurance, making the process simple, stress-free, and even enjoyable. Think of yourself as both a problem solver and a cheerleader for our clients—you'll help them find the best cover while making sure they feel supported every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Educate clients on home insurance options in plain English—no jargon, no fluff.
- Convert inbound leads into happy Cover Club clients.
- Use our digital tools to compare policies and recommend the best-fit cover.
- Hit conversion and retention targets while keeping client trust at the centre.
Support
- Be the first point of contact via phone, email, or chat.
- Handle queries, complaints, and claims support with empathy and efficiency.
- Manage policy changes and renewals, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Proactively follow up with clients to strengthen relationships and uncover upsell opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales or customer support experience (insurance/finance a bonus, but not essential).
- Strong communicator—you can explain tricky stuff simply and clearly.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRMs, quoting tools, and digital platforms.
- Empathetic, client-focused, and solutions-oriented.
- Thrive in a startup culture—adaptable, proactive, and excited by growth.
