Job Desciption:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be sales-oriented, responsible, and possess excellent communication skills. Prior experience in the international call center or insurance sector or Marketing is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to promote company products and services
  • Provide detailed product briefings to clients and confidently handle objections
  • Build rapport with clients and retain their interest during calls
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure monthly targets are met.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in an international call center or insurance industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Goal-driven with a positive, can-do attitude

Preferred:

  • Experience with CRM tools and reporting
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, 5AM-1:30PM ,7AM-3:30PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
