Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, manage relationships with real estate developers, and guide clients through the home buying process. This role requires managing a team, training new sales staff, and achieving sales targets by providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Strategy Development, Team Management, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities and threats
- Knowledge of the real estate market and transaction process
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
