Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented 
Client Servicing Executive

with 2-5 years of experience to manage client relationships, ensure smooth project execution, and act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and the event production team to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
  • Manage multiple client accounts, building and nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Coordinate with creative, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of event requirements.
  • Understand client briefs and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Prepare and present event proposals, budgets, and progress reports to clients.
  • Handle client feedback, resolve issues promptly, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure all milestones are achieved.
  • Support post-event follow-ups, including feedback collection and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project details in CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project coordination, preferably in the event management or hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Familiarity with event planning processes and client relationship management.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
