Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should be experienced in both digital and traditional marketing, capable of leading a team and thriving to be in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and measure ROI of campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
  • Manage and mentor marketing team members.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or in a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • 5-7+ years of proven experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage and multi-task projects and deadlines.
  • Experience in [Industry, e.g., Factories, Corporate Companies ] is a plus.
