Salary: Up to ₹2.5 Lakhs/Month + Attractive Incentives

Reporting To: Managing Director
Job Summary
We are looking for a high-performing and strategic General Manager – Sales to lead the complete sales function for a reputed residential real estate developer. The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in apartment, villa, and plotted project sales, proven team leadership experience, strong market understanding, and the ability to drive high-value closures.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for sales strategy, revenue growth, team performance, channel partner management, and end-to-end project sales execution in line with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop annual and quarterly sales plans aligned with business objectives.
- Create strong revenue strategies for residential projects across multiple locations.
- Conduct market analysis, competitor study, and price benchmarking.
2. Sales Team Management
- Lead Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Sales Executives.
- Set monthly/quarterly targets and track performance.
- Train, coach, and build a high-performance sales workforce.
- Ensure consistent conversion ratios and daily discipline in the team.
3. Residential Project Sales Management
- Manage end-to-end sales of apartments, villas, plots, and townships.
- Conduct client meetings, property walkthroughs, and high-ticket negotiations.
- Oversee the entire sales funnel — from lead generation to booking & agreement stage.
4. Channel Partner / Broker Network Development
- Expand and manage strong relationships with CP networks.
- Conduct channel partner events, meet-ups, and incentive-based programs.
- Drive CP-led conversions to achieve sales targets.
5. Revenue & Target Achievement
- Ensure monthly sales closures and exceed revenue goals.
- Track KPIs, sales forecasts, weekly MIS reports, and projections.
- Identify gaps and implement corrective action plans immediately.
6. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Finance, and Project teams.
- Provide insights to management on customer expectations and market shifts.
- Ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and sales conversions.
7. Customer Relationship & Brand Building
- Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the buying journey.
- Handle escalations professionally and maintain a strong brand reputation.
- Build long-term client relationships and drive referrals.

Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 15 years experience, with 10+ years compulsory in residential real estate sales
- Experience in leading large teams and managing multiple projects
